As part of the EU-funded SoftIE project, STA and project partners will map commercial e-textile product connectivity needs and define requirements for a standardized interconnect technology to pave the way for an open industry standard.
In September – and throughout October- we are asking e-textile manufacturers, integrators and component suppliers about their power and data needs, the environmental conditions their products need to withstand and what they would like to see prioritized in an industry standard.
